Unless stated otherwise below, Cyber Funded accepts clients globally.
No specific qualifications are required.
All clients must be at least 18 years old.
Cyber Funded is open to traders at any experience level who wish to test and develop their trading skills within a structured and rule-based environment.
Who cannot Join Cyber Funded
Cyber Funded does not provide its Services to the following categories of individuals or entities:
- Individuals or entities located in, resident in, or established in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or classified as high-risk, in accordance with applicable UN, EU, OFAC, OFSI, and FATF regulations;
- Individuals listed on international sanctions or watchlists;
- Individuals with a criminal background related to financial crime, money laundering, or terrorism financing;
- Individuals previously banned for material breaches of Cyber Funded’s Terms and Conditions;
- Corporate structures such as trusts or similar arrangements incompatible with Cyber Funded’s compliance requirements.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Based on international sanctions regimes and FATF classifications, Cyber Funded does not provide Services to users located in, resident in, or established in the following jurisdictions:
- Cuba
- Islamic Republic of Iran
- Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea)
- Syrian Arab Republic
- Russian Federation
- Belarus
- Myanmar (Burma)
- Sanctioned regions of Ukraine, including: Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia
This list may be updated in line with changes to applicable sanctions and risk classifications.
Regulatory “No-Go” Jurisdictions
Independently of sanctions status, Cyber Funded does not provide its Services in jurisdictions where the offering of services comparable to derivatives or CFDs to retail clients — even when limited to simulated or demo environments with no real capital involved — requires specific local licenses or is otherwise restricted in a manner incompatible with Cyber Funded’s operating model.
As of today, these jurisdictions include:
- Japan
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Hong Kong
- Republic of Korea (South Korea)
- United States of America, limited to the inability to provide Services via the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform
