To keep trading conditions fair and aligned with real market dynamics, we apply a simple guideline on trade duration.
Minimum Trade Duration
Each trade should remain open for at least 60 seconds before being closed, whether manually or automatically (including via Stop Loss, Take Profit, or automated strategies).
This guideline helps ensure that trades are based on genuine price movement rather than on extremely short-lived execution mechanics.
Why This Guideline Exists
This rule is not meant to limit your trading style. Its purpose is to:
- support fair and consistent execution for all traders
- discourage strategies that rely on technical price micro-fluctuations rather than market direction
- create trading conditions that reflect real, sustainable market participation
In simple terms: we want your results to come from trading decisions, not from execution speed alone.
What This Means for You
- Discretionary scalping and short-term trading are welcome
- Manual trading and Expert Advisors are allowed
- Stop Loss and Take Profit orders work as usual
- As long as trades are not consistently opened and closed within a few seconds, you’re perfectly fine
Occasional early closures are not an issue. We only review patterns that clearly suggest an execution-based approach rather than a trading strategy.
Our Approach
If trading activity repeatedly falls outside this guideline, our team may simply take a closer look and reach out if clarification is needed. The goal is always to support traders who operate with a structured and professional mindset.
This guideline applies to all Cyber Funded account types, including Evaluation, Verification, and Simulated Funded Accounts.
