Will I be notified when my account status changes or a rule is breached?

Yes. Traders receive automated email notifications whenever their account progresses to a new phase or status. These messages confirm key milestones, such as the successful completion of an evaluation phase or the transition to a subsequent stage.

In addition, the current status of each account, including whether a phase has been passed or remains active, is always visible in the user dashboard. Historical accounts remain accessible for reference, allowing traders to track progress across all completed and active stages.

If a trading rule is violated, a dedicated breach notification email is automatically sent to inform the trader of the rule breach and the resulting account status. This ensures full transparency and immediate visibility of any compliance-related events.

Before granting access to the final funded account, all traders who successfully complete the evaluation phases are subject to a manual final review process. This assessment verifies that risk management has been consistently applied and that the risk per trade idea has not exceeded 2% of the account balance across one or both evaluation phases.

Additionally, any warning related to the absence of a properly placed stop loss within a 5-minute interval will not trigger an immediate breach notification but will instead be communicated at the end of each successfully completed phase.
