Sharing login credentials, delegating trade execution, or involving third parties in any way is considered a serious violation of our policies.
IP address usage
For security and account integrity, we strongly recommend that traders access their Cyber Funded accounts using a single device connected through a unique and stable IP address. This helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures accurate tracking of trading activity.
Additionally, account management services are not permitted: all trading activity must be executed by the individual whose name is registered on the account. Third-party trading or managing accounts on behalf of others is strictly forbidden.
What’s not allowed:
- Sharing your trading account or credentials with other traders or individuals
- Using “pass your challenge” services or account management providers
- Coordinated trading activity that mirrors other accounts
- Logging in from multiple IPs in distant locations without valid reason
Important: Trading from VPNs or VPS services is not outright forbidden, but we recommend caution. Irregular or masked access patterns may interfere with internal tracking systems and trigger compliance reviews.
What happens if we detect a violation?
Our systems continuously monitor platform access, including IP addresses, login patterns, and trade behavior in order to uphold a fair trading environment for all participants.
If we detect suspicious activity (such as logins from multiple countries within a short timeframe), we may:
- Request immediate clarification
- Require proof of exclusive access, such as travel documents
- Suspend or breach your account if sufficient evidence is not provided
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violating this policy will result in:
- Immediate account breach
- Forfeiture of any profits or progression
